At WELPL, we are committed to providing seamless and tech-driven fulfillment services through our Warehouse Fulfillment Platform. We value customer satisfaction and transparency. Here is our Refund and Cancellation Policy to ensure clarity and convenience for our users.

  • You can request to cancel or deactivate your account at any moment by reaching out to our support team at sales@warehousingexpress.com order fulfillment.
  • Upon cancellation, all your data/info will be deleted. Please back up essential information before proceeding, as this action is irreversible.
  • If you cancel your subscription in the middle of a billing cycle, you will receive one final invoice.
  • Once that invoice is paid, no further charges will be applied.
  • We do not provide partial refunds for unused services within the billing cycle.
  • WELPL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue our Warehouse Fulfillment Platform at any time.
  • Any fraudulent activity, misuse, or violation of our terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
  • If your account is flagged for fraud, we may withhold services and payments until further verification.

Note: Refunds are not provided for cancelled plans.
