Social and environmental sustainability, in addition to viable economic excellence, is a critical component of a company's holistic growth. There are countless benefits of corporate social responsibility initiatives. At WELPL, we don't leave any stone unturned when it comes to solidifying our CSR strategy. Warehousing Express strives to eliminate illiteracy, food shortages, improve and assist education for underprivileged. Education
Promotion of education which would include professional training, vocational courses, skill development programs, particularly among 10th and 12th standard students and graduates. Donating computers, laptops and office assets in refurbished condition, that can be used in studies. Monetary assistance to students as well as trainees.
Hunger and Poverty
Eliminating food shortages, deprivation, and poverty. Providing food and drinkable water are all important goals.
Sustainable Environment
Working hard to ensure environmental stewardship, waste reduction, biological diversity, flora and wildlife protection. Following green initiatives, tree plantation drives, preservation of natural resources, among others.
How Do We Ensure Material Safety at Our Warehouse?
Warehousing Express’s security processes are centrally monitored and regular measures are taken to improve them. We use Pallets, HDR (Heavy Duty Racks), MHEs (Material Handling Equipment), Fumigation, proper cleaning of bags and boxes, Stackers, stairs to safe material handling and safety from water seepages, we use fire extinguisher and hydrants to safeguard the material from any potential fire threats, all our facilities are located near to roads with proper connectivity, CCTVs and security guards are always are there to secure the stocks kept in the warehouse. Team also supports with the pictures, narration of incident/s, and documentation in case any client wishes to apply for insurance claims.

Education, Skill Development Initiatives
Warehousing Express collaborates with non-profit organizations, orphanages and other institutions. We donate our machines, electronic appliances and other office assets that are in a refurbished condition. These appliances can be used in educational activities of the students. Furthermore, we also provide monetary assistance to 10th and 12th standard students, graduates and trainees.
Our team conducts workshops and programs focused on skill development of students, thereby making them employable. Our CSR strategy focuses on a variety of areas, like professional education, career advancement, skill enhancement, motivational sessions and training programs. Our educational efforts are motivated by the notion that education is a strong driver of social progress and a better world.
Preservation and Protection of the Environment
There's no denying the fact that it is the social responsibility of business to work for environmental sustainability. An environmentally conscious company focuses on more than just earnings; it also analyses its social as well as environmental impact. Keeping this in mind, Warehousing Express follows and implements Green Initiatives like- using CNG vehicles, switching off the lights and fans when not in use, avoiding wastages, among others. Furthermore, we also organize tree plantation drives every now and then to make this planet a better place. We work hard to conserve the environment, notably flora and fauna, combating climate change, preserving renewable resources, among others, can be included in our projects.

Hunger, Deprivation, Poverty Are the Issues That We Address
Warehousing Express organizes several drives like food for poor, to eradicate hunger and malnutrition. Students cannot thrive intellectually if they do not have access to appropriate, nutritious food, and employees cannot perform at their best at work if they do not have access to proper, nutritious food. Donating food to deserving individuals or organisations aids in the fight against poverty and hunger. As a result, WELPL sponsors food or nutrition-related initiatives in several places across India, either independently or through non-profit entities.
Promoting Gender-equality and Women Empowerment
We engage with socially vulnerable members of society, especially women, directly or through NGOs, to promote equality between men and women. Awareness initiatives, training sessions, assistance for livelihood-related endeavours, infrastructural facilities, and operational requirements are all part of the initiatives.
We have built a strong fundamental framework for socio - economic and environmental efforts both within and outside the business over the last few years.
